Ukraine's Radical Party proposes criminalizing denial of 'Russia’s military aggression'

Ukraine’s Radical Party has suggested criminalizing the denial of "Russia’s military aggression." The corresponding bill has been registered on Friday on the website of the Ukrainian Parliament, the Verkhovna Rada. 


The document was initiated by leader of the Radical Party parliamentary faction Oleg Lyashko and faction member Yury Chizhmar.

The document amends the Ukrainian Criminal Code article on responsibility for the public denial of military aggression by a country designated by the Ukrainian parliament as "an aggressor country."
