The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps reminded the US that none of its threats against Iran will remain unanswered, although the Islamic Republic is not looking for a war.
Addressing a conference, held in commemoration of martyrs of Tehran on Wednesday, Major General Hossein Salami shrugged off the American officials’ threatening rhetoric against Iran.
He addressed the enemies, including the US authorities who have issued threats against Iran in recent days, saying, “You have already tested us. What we and you (Iran and the US) have in common is we know each other.
“We will not let any threat remain unanswered. We are not looking for a war, but are not afraid of war either. This is the fact that prevails in our society,” the IRGC commander stated.
