The United States and Great Britain carried out two strikes on the city of Hodeidah on the Red Sea coast in western Yemen, Al-Masirah TV channel reported.
“US and British aircraft carried out two strikes on the Al-Jaban area in the city of Hodeidah,” the report said.
The day before, the ruling Ansar Allah (Houthi) movement in northern Yemen, which is supported by Iran, attacked the third American ship in the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea.
