Mardi, la Rada suprême (parlement) de l'Ukraine a adopté, sur proposition du président du pays Piotr Porochenko, une loi prévoyant l'abandon du statut hors-bloc de l'Ukraine et la reprise de la ligne d'adhésion à l'Otan. Cette décision a été soutenue par 303 parlementaires, le minimum requis étant de 226 voix.

ReplyDeleteRussian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev believes that Ukraine hasted to endorse a bill cancelling non-aligned status. He wrote so at his Facebook page.
“I have just managed to write about a bill cancelling Ukraine’s non-aligned status that the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine’s parliament) has hastily endorsed. They are eager to join NATO,” Medvedev wrote.
The premier recalled that the US president had signed an anti-Russian law granting the right to impose anti-Russian sanctions by any American president at any time. “As in the case of the Jackson-Vanik amendment our relations with the United States will be spoiled for decades,” Medvedev noted, adding that “the Ukrainian president has moved in the Verkhovna Rada a bill abandoning off-bloc status for his homeland. In fact, this is a bid for NATO entry, turning Ukraine in Russia’s potential military rival. Both these decisions will have extremely negative after-effects. Our country will have to respond to them.”

ReplyDeleteDas Parlament in Kiew hat ein Gesetz verabschiedet, das den Status des Landes als blockfreier Staat annulliert. Somit wäre ein Nato-Beitritt möglich. Russland droht, man werde "reagieren müssen".
Die Ukraine hat mit einem Gesetz über das Ende ihres blockfreien Status den Weg für einen Nato-Beitritt frei gemacht. Die Abgeordneten des ukrainischen Parlaments stimmten erwartungsgemäß mit großer Mehrheit für ein von Präsident Petro Poroschenko eingebrachtes Gesetz über das Ende der Neutralität, wie Medien in Kiew berichteten. 303 Abgeordnete votierten dafür, nur acht dagegen. Das Gesetz muss noch von Poroschenko unterzeichnet werden.
Kiew hatte sich unter dem Druck Russlands im Jahr 2010 dem Lager der Blockfreien angeschlossen. Unter diesem Status gehörte die Ukraine keinem Militärbündnis an. Poroschenko hatte ein Referendum angekündigt, um die Ukrainer über die Nato-Mitgliedschaft abstimmen zu lassen.
Russlands Regierungschef Dmitri Medwedjew kritisierte das Votum scharf: Das Gesetz sei "ein Antrag auf Beitritt zur Nato und macht aus der Ukraine einen potenziellen militärischen Gegner Russlands", schrieb er kurz vor der Annahme in einem Eintrag bei Facebook. The move on Tuesday is a step towards becoming a member of the North-Atlantic Treaty Organization, a goal the post-coup authorities in Kiev have made a key point of their foreign policies. La adhesión de Ucrania a la Alianza Atlántica supondrá una ruptura "completa" entre Rusia y la OTAN, añadió el funcionario, quien considera "prácticamente imposible de reparar" cualquier medida en este sentido.
