Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Monday, July 10, commented on the construction of a plant for the production of Turkish Bayraktar drones in Ukraine.
He stressed that Turkey has the right to develop relations with any countries, including Ukraine. The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation expressed the hope that the development of these relations would not be directed against the Russian Federation. He recalled that such a step violates the agreements, the Russian Federation will discuss this moment with the Turkish side. Ankara has maintained a dialogue with Moscow and maintains it at a high level, Peskov added.
Earlier this day, Ukrainian Minister for Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin announced the start of the construction of the Bayraktar plant on the air of the Rada TV channel.
